Recent improvements to help you launch surveys and learn from your customers.
Choose first or repeat orders
- Choose All orders, First orders only, or Repeat orders only in your survey's Show survey to setting. Available on Free and Pro.
- Shopify identifies the audience on the Thank you page. We remember it for later Order status visits to that order. Orders we have not identified will not show a first- or repeat-order survey.
- Setup now distinguishes a page connection from a confirmed survey display.
Clearer pricing and setup help
- A dedicated pricing page explains Free and Pro, response limits, and billing.
- Our new setup and FAQ page walks through adding survey blocks to both pages and troubleshooting a missing survey.
- Updated app listing copy explains where surveys appear and which features each plan includes.
More reliable surveys after checkout
- Fixed survey rendering and answer handling across supported question types.
- Improved setup guidance and sample surveys for newly installed stores.
- Improved completion handling so customers are not asked to repeat a completed survey when moving between Thank you and Order status pages.
A shorter path to adding your survey block
Added links from the app into Shopify’s checkout editor so merchants can reach the page where their survey block is placed.
