OrderSurvey is a post-purchase survey app for Shopify. We exist to help merchants understand the one thing analytics can't tell them: what their customers actually think, and why they bought.
What we believe
The best feedback is collected in context, the moment a purchase happens, not days later in an inbox full of other emails. That is when a customer is most engaged and their memory is freshest, so that is where we ask.
We also believe merchants shouldn't have to trade broad access to their store's data for the ability to ask a question. Privacy changes have made pixel-based attribution unreliable, and zero-party data, the answers customers volunteer directly, is now one of the most honest signals a store has. Collecting it should be simple and low-risk.
How OrderSurvey works
OrderSurvey runs on Shopify's native extension surfaces, so it reads the order context it needs without requesting broad data scopes. You can ask in three places:
- The thank-you page, right after checkout, ideal for attribution and first impressions.
- The order status page, where customers track an order, ideal for satisfaction and delivery feedback.
- Shopify POS, at the register, so in-store feedback flows into the same place as online.
Surveys support NPS, CSAT and star ratings, attribution questions, and open text, with conditional branching and targeting by order value, products, customer tags, country, and more. Low scores can trigger an alert so your team can follow up fast, and every response exports to CSV.
There is a free plan for up to 100 responses a month, and a flat Pro plan for unlimited responses. No code, and no surprise bills when a survey takes off.
