A few things to know.
What can I do on the Free plan?
Create unlimited surveys and collect up to 100 responses per month on your Thank you and Order status pages. Conditional branching and targeting rules are included, so you can ask follow-up questions and choose which customers see each survey.
What happens when I reach 100 responses?
Free includes 100 responses across your store in a rolling 30-day period. Once you reach that limit, new responses are not collected until your usage falls below the limit or you upgrade to Pro. There is no automatic paid upgrade.
What does Pro add?
Pro includes everything in Free, plus unlimited responses, CSV export, webhook alerts for Slack, Microsoft Teams, or your own URL, and priority support. It costs $49 USD per month.
How do I upgrade or cancel?
Install OrderSurvey through the Shopify App Store, then open Billing in the app to choose your plan. Paid charges are approved through Shopify and appear on your Shopify invoice. You can cancel at any time. See our terms of service for billing details.
